well this girl has been working from home and came back to the office this week. well they gave her my old computer when she came back to the office but they didnt change the IP address so when we try to use a program we both need to work we cant only one of us can use it at a time and i have monthly reports due at the end of the week that i havent even started on because she needs to be in the program to take phone calls yet i havent heard her phone ring at all and everytime i walk past her desk she is checking her e mail online explain to me why my reports have to be later if she is checking her fucking e mail i'm like go home bitch and give me my IP address back GRRRRR damn and she always stares at me it scares me she is very frumpy and acts like she is like 40 when she is only 25 and she cant pick up her feet when she walks so you hear her comming from like a block away OMG i was so happy haveing her at home and not in the office make her go back just make her go back
 i need a hug

Hrmmm....what OS are you guys using?
Because it's physically impossible for 2 computers to have the same IP address, especially if you are on a network utilizing the brilliance that is DHCP or NAT. I think that the problem might more lie that both computers are trying to access the same program using either the same login information, or they both have the same computer name on the network.
But...I'm just a computer geek
If it is a problem with the IP...trying going into a command prompt and typing ipconfig /release <enter> then ipconfig /renew <enter> (if you are using an NT based OS (NT 4.0, 2000 or XP) if you are using a 95, 98 or ME, click on start -> run -> and type in winipcfg make sure you are set to the network adapter, there will be a button that says realse all, press this, then press renew all. That should def help fix that problem,
