so this guy tried to sue the car dealership i was working for in austin 2 times over shit that wasnt our fault an he lost both court cases. now the past few months hes just been bitter and harassing customers and things like that. well one nite he followed me on the highway 5 FREAKIN MILES when i was leaving work. he was constantly honking on his horn, tailgaiting and had his brights on. because he did this david mcdavid acura of austin is now taking him to court for harassment and assault charges.
to conclude to my venting.... i dont understand why people are so stupid over things. i mean, comeon this whole situation began 2 FREAKIN YEARS AGO and he's stilll harassing customers and employees. if it all came down to it. i really wish that instead of being able to sue people when you have problems, you can just rent a boxing ring and duke it out inthe ring. because thiss shit is so stupid. the fool decided to harass me and i had nothing to do w/ the situation except the fact that i worked for the dealership. i've really tried to talkin my manager into just setting up a boxing ring at the back of the dealership and letting us duke it out. i mean, hes a little guy, i've takin bigger women than him! course if i knew he would agree to this he'd probably try to sue me for assault or something. so now he's one of the few reasons i founded my association (P.A.P.O.N.T.A.C ) because we dont need our world filled w/ no talent ass clowns.

What did he try to sue the dealership for? if you cant talk about it i understand i was jsut curious b/c my friend is sueing a car dealership right now for a few diffrent reasons like she still has paper plates on her car and has had her car for almost 6months her car broke down 2 weeks after she got it and she called them they came and towed her car to another dealership and didnt call her or let her in on the fact that they towed her car until it was already at the other dealership and either the guys at the dealerslhip gargae or the towing company stole a ton of stuff out of her car they got a disc man walkmand type thing over $400 in CDs some clothes a bunch of stuff
but i understand where you are comming from i hate asses like that it makes me sick if you have a problem with someone take it up with them not with everyone they know

hate to admit it, but i've dated too many no talent ass clowns...... lol thats why they irk me lol.
but to answer skitzgurl's question.. he had sued the dealershp b/c he blew his engine on his car from racing but tried to tell the dealership he blew it from taking a u-turn. well the dealership did some test an it showed his engine blew at 10,000 RPMs. thers no way he coulda blew it at that high RPMs taking a freakin u-turn. (sorry i'm talking car talk so i apologize if some of y'all cant understand) but out of good will, the dealership made a deal w/ him to pay for the part and he would pay the labor. well after everything was done he cancelled the credit card transaction he used to pay fer the labor on the engine. so we decidedto take him to court for credit card fraud an then he tried to take us to court. he lost an then he triied to take us to court again for the TEXAS LEMON LAW, and he lost agian! so now hes just being a bitter dumbass.... and this all rolls into the whole him following me home and us taking him to court for harassment charges....

haha its kewl.. i'm still trying to get the dealership to rent a boxing ring and let us duke it out.... i'll have to get him to sign some contracts sayin he wont sue me after i beat his ass.... anywho if i do get it set up, y'all all need to come down and watch! after all, who doesnt enjoy watching a little asian girl beat sumones ass? lol
