POWER OF PEOPLE NETWORK is a huge and illegal gifting scam that has bilked thousands of their money. The organizers, Jon Parr of Corsicana, TX and Elbert West of Carthage, TN profitted greatly from their scam.
They are being exposed on tv in the D/FW market as well as several others across the country.
